Basics of valve interlocks
Valve interlocks eliminate human error by only allowing the right valves to be opened or closed in the correct sequence, leading operators safely through strict work procedures. Once the proper steps have been identified Netherlocks will supply mechanical valve interlocks that can be operated by means of a linear key. A valve interlock guides the operator through a predefined sequence with unique keys for each step.
Dopak DPM sampling system
The Dopak DPM sampling system in on/off configuration is the simplest of Dopak sampling systems. Ideal for taking samples of chemical liquids at ambient temperatures up to 8 bar operating pressure.

The valve interlock system makes use of an Electronic Key Cabinet, which is linked to the storage system. This system autmatically assign a silo to an assignment or order number. Only one key can be taken out of the cabinet.
DPJ Series DOPAK Sampling System to take representative samples of fluids with higher viscosities by using piston valves. Outlet of sample valve will be purged to ensure zero dead volume.
